How Do I Save Character Changes?

Post by Sprinkle070 » Fri Jan 31, 2014 1:43 am

Hello! Just got the game for my birthday! 01/31

And I want to take a character, color his armor, and place a few items on his person, and then be able to reload him on any map I choose, without having to re-create him from scratch.

Is this possible?

If Not: What about the ability to select an Item Group (including characters) and saving them as a compact file somewhere on the Hard-drive, then be able to load them into the game's library whenever we want. This would be amazing!

I like Turner, but sometimes to gotta rock your own style =^_^=

Happy B-Day!
I'm pretty sure you can select multiple items and group them together, then click 'Save Item'.
This probably won't work for Characters and Armor, but it's worth a try.
And 80% of crash.
But, that happens every day you launch Overgrowth, so no harm done!

Ok so I tried it, I took the white guard, changed the armor color, and put a backpack and a gourd on the backpack.

But my bunny lost all color and he has two Church Pews STABBED through his chest, and an X pattern.

It remembered the Guard, and the fact that Items were on his body, but it forgot what those items were, and his color pattern.
