Lamellar Armor?
With armor now kind of being added to Overgrowth (still need all the other armor, functionality, etc.), why not add lamellar in the future? It would fit the universe of Overgrowth quite nicely.
Re: Lamellar Armor?
If you post cool images and the developers see it, they might do it!
If you don't, and they don't know what lamellar looks like, they'll probably use one of the dozens of ideas they've already come up with.

Re: Lamellar Armor?
Sorry for the late response, but I'll attempt to get some images and post them...somewhere. Not sure where though
Re: Lamellar Armor?
Photobucket, tinyimg and similar services (lots of images, or attached here (a few images). Direct links might fail before the armor is made. I suggest making a thread on the general, public Wolfire forum. 'Vool prop references for OG' maybe?
I tried doing this for martial arts moves. Other people found some cool stuff too so it was worth it. 'martial arts video references' was the thread name, I think.

Ah, I see.
Well, I shall now go on my quest! I'm also gonna check out your martial arts thread, cause it sounds pretty neat.

Well if no one else is gonna post some neat pictures of Lamellar/Lamellar styled armors, then I shall. Sorry, mostly a forum stalker, but how do you post a picture without a URL, and just being plain put into the post? Well, either way, here ya'll go.

Hopefully this satisfies. I for one agree with lamellar armor, but only after armor becomes functional, and is fleshed out a bit. Otherwise, lamellar for the win!
