I think he used a custom heightmap. He did one for the whaleman arena level too.

Because we expect a finished level from laaaaaaaaaast. If he just released a WIP and then dumped it we'd all be saaaaaaaaad.

Ok i will do that in next week.

But here is my custom map.
it's sequel to the whale arena map
Don't know how well it will run on average computer but i run it with my PC @ 30-80 fps (Also there is no AI in this level)
GeForce 8800 GT
Total memory: 6143 MB
Intel Core(TM)2 CPU 4300 @ 1.80GHz overclocker to: 3005 Mhz
EDIT: uploaded new file that fixed error when you tryed to load level and game crashed
I put my folders into right ones now so it should be really easy to install
Also added calculated sky textures so there should'nt be eny errost left

If there is still some let me know in IRC (last) or in this forum.
So enyone who is downlading this map here you don't need to download eny fixes that i have made.
And you guys who have already downloaded it and have old version just download my secund fix that should fix that problem if you could'nt load my level correctly.
http://ogmods.antonriehl.com/downloads/ ... astery.zip
this map needs this sky texture to be installed

I think i need to edit this map some more but as i was looking for Silverfish OG weekly page there was no agenda to this week episode, so i upload my map and he can show it off.

thanks! I'm loading up your map, I'll tell you how it runs, although my computer is awesome, so it should run fine.

Edit: it says
"Dimensions of Data/Textures/skies/Stormy1_Peak.tga are 4086 x 1024, should be powers of two."
then it crashes :(

Same here.

I think the fix might have solved the problem, but the game still crashes when I load the map... :/

So here is a map file that i want to try out.
Also i wached OG weekly and Silverfish sed that maybe there is problem with windows computers but i am running my OG in win 7
EDIT: new file uploaded because there was still a error with my old fix
