Here i plan to post some of old levels.
First level what i post here is caled Foothold and it was originaly made by Hale.

Also you need to download this sky texture if you have'nt downloaded it jet http://ogmods.antonriehl.com/downloads/ ... s1.tga.zip and you need to extract it into /data/Textures/skies/ folder.

Here is a second map by Nimai. It's called Kohlbrinia.

EDIT: Here is level called RiverHurst. I think there is still problem with "water" but i realy dont know how to fix it. It looks like water has a blanck transparent white texture. Or water may need new up to date shader i don't know.
But other than that the map is playable again.

Oh and here is a WARNING: THIS IS LEVEL HAS OVER 12000 OBJECTS SO DON'T EXPECT HIGH FPS OUT OF THIS MAP

The folder "Data\Textures\skyes" is mispelled in Foothold.rar and kohlbrinia.rar. It should be "Data\Textures\skies"

These classic maps are great! Glad to see them out in the world again! One thing I might ask, just to save bandwidth and space is, link to the skyboxes that already exist on my mods page. That way, people would only need to download them once (in theory). I think I've posted them all at this point, so they should be quite accessible... http://ogmods.antonriehl.com/downloads/skyboxes/

I also noticed the "Skies" thing too... I ran into an issue last week where just having the case different on folders caused a lot of havoc. It replaced the folders instead of properly merging the data. (I had to re-download all the assets, and lost some work on my own levels :( ) So I think matching the exact name of the folders is important.

It might also be useful if you put the data folder inside a folder with the name you plan on compressing... Whenever I open the archive, I want to find a folder that's similarly named, and with the current scheme, I may not know which "data" folder I'm looking at...

Wow, thanks Last for all the work! I never thought I'd see these maps again. ^_^

Two things, I actually made the map "valley" a while ago but lost motivation to fix it. The alpha was far more unstable back then and so was my determination. Anyways, it's nice to see it again!

As far as Shale Guard goes, I do believe some objects were misnamed during the process. As shown in this old picture here,

Shale Guard was composed mainly of CatBrickWall, not CatRoad, but I must say, it gives it a far more imperialistic feeling. ^___^

Anyways, thanks for all the effort, I hope to see some other random maps pop up from the olden days soon.

PS: For viewing pleasure, it may be nice just to link all your downloads on the first post so people can quickly snag 'em.

If enyone can find me Hale's Riverhurst map i am glaad to convert it so every one can play it again.

Finaly i got my hands diryt with Hale's RiverHurst.xml map that Hale give me but he did'nt give me that he used to make this map like WaterBase.xml and WaterBase2.xml with object model files and texture files. I hope he has still those files and he will give them to me so i can release his map.
