
It's the first map I've finished, although I've been behind a lot of Hale's work. Doing things such as bouncing ideas with him, motivating him, etc…etc… But yeah, as I said, this is the first map I've been able to finish with only a little help from Hale.
When designing this map, I imagined how combat dynamics in a multiplayer setting would play out, and what kind of pathing and scenarios would keep gameplay fresh. I drew from my FPS experiences and I hope you guys enjoy what I created. It should provide a new experience every time you play.
It features two towers perched on the side of a large canyon. While the obvious way to get between the bases is through a treacherous field of rock formations, the most dangerous path is through the deep, dark cave. In this cave there are a lot of opportunities to swiftly and quietly snuff out enemies. Not only does the tight, claustrophobic environment of the cave add a new flavor to Overgrowth, just the fact that it's so dark really makes the player have to be cautious when inside. I hope you enjoy the map!


There are no custom objects, so just download the file below, and you should be set!
