Unofficial Overgrowth a144, weekly build
The unofficial, Overgrowth a144 leaked build is here!

Changelog:
- Can active block during hit reactions to break combos
- Faster attack or throw following active block
- Smoother throw transition
- Escape throws by holding grab while being thrown
- Attack feints by holding grab during attack
- Added weapon grab sound
- Enemies can pick up and use weapons
- Dodge by tapping movement key while being attacked
- Slower windup for huge sword attacks
- Character script can query level script
- Level end dialog gets focus
A "leaked build" is when John and I grab the latest SVN build and package it up for you guys. It has a ton of known bugs, so don't worry if it doesn't work for you. It is not condoned by David and Aubrey but we want to keep you guys in the loop and give you stuff to play with regularly!
If you find any bugs, please email a full description along with your system specs to [email protected]. We are testing out a new bug system.
*NOTE* Please remember that these are unofficial alphas and they do not represent a finished product. They are not even polished builds, just straight up raw development dumps not intended for public consumption.

I am still waiting that you guys add those missing texture and obj files that i asked in alpha 141 here is the link viewtopic.php?f=13&t=12147#p136624
EDIT: there is a obj file missing also in data/models/gear/standard.bucker.obj

The combat is starting to prove more fun than any game i have ever played before as lugaru proved to be back when it first came out. Keep up the great work! I love what has been made so far

I mentioned this on the blog page, but it is worth mentioning twice: This looks like the best parts of 2D fighting defense systems (esp. Melty Blood (dodge, block-into-attack) and Guilty Gear(throw break)) properly incorporated in a 3D system. Well done.

Pick up weapon, delete the weapon, invisible undroppable spear. Interesting effects if you pick up another weapon

This is probably a nooby question, but Will the Torrent form Last week have changed to reflect this weeks changes, because I went to start the Torrent earlier today, but Bittorrent replied that It had been edited by an outside program, So Should I start the torrent, or Should I delete it and get the torrent for this week?

Nice build. I love the new combat features. Kinda think that maybe the dodging should require you to be holding down another button like right-mouse or something, though. it's too easy to accidentally turn away from your enemy when you're trying to dodge, and simply got the timing wrong.
