Try to imagine a human grabbing another human and dragging him by the mouth. Apart from being fucking scary, it couldn't happen. These are all anthropophomophomorphic animals, so they would have to be in a very weird position. It could work and look okay with a wolf and a dog, but not a cat.

It would also be very hard to do properly.

Yeah that was kind of a large plot point in lugaru. wolves hunting rabbits like the first wolf you run into says something about being hungry and attacks you.
