FIrst time Running SUMLauncher, Got the error message

:error unable to connect to sum server:
Please verify you are connected to the internet (I am) and that your firewall is not blocking SUMLauncher (i gave it permission on my Antivirus which is "COMODO" and allowed it through window firewall). Would you like to try again?

Where is the executable that has an embedded Java runtime environment? It gets pretty annoying when SUM doesn't want to open.

Every time I go to run the SUMLauncher it comes up with Error: Invalid or Corrupt JarFile, how do I fix this? thanks

When I launch the game with either SUM launcher or steam it show's a black screen. I can see the fps counter at the top left but every thing else is black( I'm in windowed mode by the way). How do I fix this, I've already tried verify files on steam and uninstalling then reinstalling. I'm not sure what to do

Try do delete your config in Documents/Wolfire.

Hi i try to install sum launcher on my new computer. But when i paste in my cerialkey to sum launcher and click okay it says: "Error connecting to authentication server.
Unable to connect to reach authentication page." Does it say this because i already have it installed on another computer and how do i do to get it installed on this one? Thanks for help!!!

You can use it on as many pcs as you like simultaneously.

You probably used your Humblebundle key from Steam (the "cd key") and not your SPF key from Humblebundle.com.

Sent a ticket when I should have just done this. My bad. Anyway, when I start up the SUMlauncher installer, it loads for one second, then nothing happens. I have a pretty powerful PC and I have windows 8. I even ran the installer as admin, but nothing works. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Would this be too much of a hassle for the SUM devs? I mean I could install java, no problem, it's just that I don't really use it for anything else, so I'd prefer the above option.

Since the new update came out its not been working for anybody! All my mates say theirs is broken too :L
