Why are we still fighting when the latest episode of Game of Thrones just released?
Because Game of Thrones sucks.

Blasphemy

I actually really like that series... it's full of clever dialogue with witty repartees, plus people hitting each other with swords. What I don't understand is the full-frontal nudity - it cheapens the whole thing and means I can't recommend it to all the people I'd like to :|

I haven't watched it. I prefer ponies and... well that's actually the only TV I've watched in the last 6 months.
I mostly just art, or program or attempt to write music. Or read. I do read a good bit. Mostly fantasy and sci-fi, but I dip into MLP fan-fics every now and then.

Let's see. I like Mythbusters, Reno 911, Arrested Development, Archer, and Scrubs. I get a lot of shit for watching Scrubs, but that is an awesome show. Yeah, it's not on Netflix, and I don't have a TV, so I have not partaken of the Game of Thrones yet.

+1
Bu that reminds me how much I'm worried that the film will suck. I really hope not, but I can't see them sticking to the uber-awesome story as hard as I'd like.

I really hope they do make the fim similar to the book. The book's not even too long to put into a film in it's entirety. It's not very long a book really, being a children's book.

And I hope PEGI fools don't set the game past a 12 just because there are a few violent scenes. The Hobbit is a children's book. PEGI believes far too much in the idea that all children are vulnerable and are corrupted by violence. I watched 18s when I was 11, and I turned out only a little bit crazy...

Meanwhile I wasn't exposed to any sex or violence as a child, and I'm completely bat-shit. The world is unfair :?

Aw, they're doing a game too? It better be fuckin done right. I'll kill the developers if it's some crap-shit, monetizing, waste of matter pile of dick feces.
Like a lot of book-to-movie-to-game games.

Dare I to Youtube this game?
Well, it could be worse.
The first thing that hit me was that the map intro was cool and that the sword on the map looked like crap. The animations are meh and the voice acting in-game was blah.
So, in essence, exactly what i was talking about. Thanks for the awesome example Zelron.

I read some review: apparently it sucks - but then Game of Thrones as a game where you're doing anything other than plotting and exchanging witticisms with other courtiers just wouldn't be in the spirit of things. An ARPG? Puh-please
