Application has failed to start a195

I've read up on this, I've installed all of the VC +++ packs. Not sure what else it needs? I'm on Windows 7, and its strange this is happening because I could use the other builds.

Especially since - I can use build a194..... so any ideas?

This error should be fixed in A196 if you'd like to try that.
