Black screen on startup

Whenever I try to start the game its just a black screen. I'm playing through steam, and the "shift + TAb" notification pops up but that's it. Any ideas?

Check in your config file (Document\Wolfire) if media mode is enabled. If yes, disable it.

Or just delete your config file (From documents/wolfire/data/config.txt). Only thing that will happen is restore resolution/graphics options back to default and it will fix your game.
