How are glaives going to be balanced later on? Right now they're absurdly fast and a 1v1 fight is really more of a contest of who's more aggressive and who'll drop their weapon first.
More importantly, what's the feeling that glaives will accomplish? One handed swords will probably be light and quick, fast and tense combat, while broadswords are heavy, weighted and risky, while knife fights are supposed to just not go well for either combatants (which they already do).
What are Glaives supposed to be? I'd imagine there'd be a huge risk for both combatants of heavy injury, so each hit would be important to dodge or parry. But right now, the attacks are nearly faster then a knife. What should the combat flow of glaives look like?
