I know this must be the millionth time this has been posted, but is there a way to make the game not so laggy? These are my specs:
Intel i3 6100
Gtx 1070
8gb ram

You can go into the graphics settings and set them to the "low" preset at the top. It looks to me like you would be bound by your CPU since your graphics card is quite strong. So changing the graphics might not make much of a difference, but that's probably all you can do for now.
