why no new alpha version?

with the last alpha release beeing over 3 month ago and there being a pretty solid lugaru campaign in the testing branch, i wonder why it is not released as a new alpha?
do you think it needs more polish? are there other major features ahead?

just wondering. i think itd be good publicity to make frequent alpha releases & videos if there is new content, which ther obviously is.

Just speculation, but they're probably in the final stages of polishing the Lugaru campaign. I'm guessing the official a227 will drop any day now - but again, just speculation.

Also internal testing is getting a lot of updates lately

mistercynical is right, we're currently in the process of putting a release candidate of 227 on advance_testing on Steam and will be asking the community for help in finding bugs there soon. We'll do an official release once it's stable enough.
