Are the portals new?

I never noticed the map chains that start in arena mode before!
--EDIT: oh, I see they're mentioned in the change log. An epic leg cannon in magma arena suddenly threw me into dead volcano :p I then went around hunting for all the portals in each map it threw me in. Fun idea!
