I need some help, I got overgrowth on steam and im extreme laggy

Lower the graphics settings.
Also, if you're using a laptop with two GPUs, make sure it uses the more powerful one to run the game.
Also, it's called low framerate, not lag. Lag is an issue with games that stream content from some sort of connection, so usually the action of other players i a multiplayer scenario. Overgrowth doesn't have that.
