Overgrowth doesn't seem to have this feature and this may be the case because of how redundant it is as you can run just as fast, but maybe, just maybe if you tweak the sprint on all fours in such a way that you can go hyper fast but makes it a challenge to attack at the same time?
Realistically you are a rabbit, and rabbits are on all fours. just a suggestion.
