Lol XD

I mean, since preorders can be transfered to Steam, how the future direct-preorders can be lost? As far I know, there will not have the preorder option on Steam.

Yeah, but that doesn't mean there will be one for OG. Not every games available in steam had that option.

Don't worry guys, this is the best possible situation we could ask for.

Basically, keep preordering like usual -- if you already preordered, don't even think about it.

When Overgrowth launches on Steam, we will send Valve a list of every single preorder we have ever made. They will send us back some kind of Steam key to send to you guys to unlock Overgrowth on Steam for free.

There are no "lost" preorders, and it works for everyone.

Thanks, that's awesome. I really hope Steam helps you get publicity and bring your game more into the public eye. The reason I love Steam is because I don't have to worry about loosing my games, because I can just re-download them on any PC without any hassle. Also, back on page 1 I saw somebody say something about a boxed copy. That would be awesome. I'd definitely up my pre-order to $50 to get a sweet boxed copy with documentation and maybe a map or something. BTW, cardboard slip covers for PC game boxes are legit, so one of those as well :) Maybe you should think about that for pre-orders or something. It's something that will make those of us who supported you in development feel cool without doing something that alienates later players, like the stupid golden lancer in GoW2.

Boxes are so old-school. I'm totally for this idea.

I wouldn't buy it myself, but...

Oh, also, Lugaru plushies.
