Now all we need is someone to make a sort of crystal object so that we can have platforms that seem like they are floating using the power of the crystals

y'know... so there isn't just a big block in the sky, it'll be a block in the sky with a crystal hanging off of it =)

Also, temple is looking good so far

That looks awesome, Froyok :)
If you're on a mac, I think you need to hit command-s. If you've edited the GreenHills map(the default map) then it will load when you open test level 1 from the menu. But I'm not completely sure. (Other forums dudes that are more experienced, please help!)

It's an idea, a teleport maker inside the crystal ?

Héhé, I found how to load new model, yeah !

I'm on windows, but I'm french and I have an azerty keyboard, not qwerty...
I am thus going to tempt the CTRL-S command.
To group objects it is indeed CTRL-J ? It don't works) home...

[EDIT] CTRL-S work yeah ! :D

To group objects, you shift-double click all the objects you want and press command-g, probably CTRL-g for windows. To ungroup, select the group and hit shift-command-g, probably shift-CTRL-g for windows. Hope that works.

Does anyone know if it's even possible to do a crystal/glass material in Overgrowth atm? Post-processed effects could be used to create something, but I don't know if you can apply post-process for a single object yet, and I haven't seen any transparent/opaque materials yet.

For a crystal effect, it is the deformation / refraction which it is necessary to use, and it is at the level of the texture in itself that it is made.

Exemple with HL2 : http://img90.imageshack.us/img90/4135/r ... 0005da.jpg
