So, I've been collecting some data concerning the number of new Overgrowth preorderers registered on the forums compared to the posting of Youtube videos on the WolfireGames Youtube Channel during the last two weeks or so.

I think the greatest addition is what we see on November 2nd, which I believe is the reaction that followed from people watching the "Overgrowth Alpha 103 changes" video.

David, the videos seems to be very well appreciated, so keep them coming.


(Also, the timezone which these figures were measured in was GMT+1, so if someone registered at a time close to midnight for me, it might show as a different date for you, if you decide to look it up.)

4666 users are in the preorder group. That includes the Dev team.

That is a great number.
However, not everyone that has preordered the game has registered on the forum.
And not all of those that has registered has applied for the Preorderer group.

Basically, in reality, the figure might actually be up to twice as high.

I think that number is about to increase quite a bit, I pre ordered due to 105 alpha footage, and it had the wolf in it. I'm not the only one either, a couple of people have mentioned that they pre ordered for the wolf!

Over the last 9 days you documented in that list, roughly 3000 dollars were generated on pre-orders...that's awesome! 103 pre-orders in 9 days...I imagine that figure rocketed up another bit upon the release of Alpha 105. =D

I must admit I'm impressed with the help you provide the community with, Freshbite. You do a lot of voluntary work that you could just not bother doing. I think the rest of the Forum-goers agree with me when I offer my thanks.

Don't get used to this, my gratitude comes once in a blue moon. =P
