Steam saying: "no items matching your search criteria"

I'm trying to browse and download mods, but Steam just shows the sentence, "no items matching your search criteria."

Has anyone had and fixed this problem?

I did a quick web search and it seems like this is something that just happens sometimes on Steam. Maybe it's because their servers are overloaded. Try refreshing the page a few times, if that doesn't work try again later.
