Workshop upload for edited characters

I'm just wondering how I can upload characters that I put armor on that works like in the campaign that I saved as a xml, I'm really good at making armor like hedgehog rat which has an armored version and pangolin rat, is there a possibility that I can upload them to the steam workshop.

You should be able to create a mod containing the armored characters and upload it as usual to the Steam Workshop.
