New mod idea

i was thinking that one day i need to make a mod for over growth adding a DBZ aspect to the game, ability wise not character wise, like the quick energy blast and the kienzen(Krillins special), and final flash, and finnaly the KAMEHAMEHA!!!!!!!!!

all i need is a partner, more ideas(im not doing instant transmission) and a modding specialist.

Well, I've spent this last week twiddling to try and get a gun. The biggest problem is persistence of a way to track down who got shot. Working through the scripts has the benefit of modability, but it really forces a user to make large workarounds.
Once I've got this gun mod working, this mod might be more possible and easily done.

You say you want to make a mod, but then you say you want a modder to help you. What parts of the mod can you do yourself? If you can't do the graphics or the scripting, then I'm afraid it will be difficult to get a "partner", because he would have to do everything.
