[MAP] 4parkour

I decided to try out some simple map making. My computer doesn't seem to run overgrowth all that well with any enemies, so I made a parkour map. It was frustrating trying out all of the user levels because most would lag pretty badly on my computer, luckily my level runs quite fast considering how many objects were placed.

I made sure to include multiple ways to progress in each area. There are only a few places where there is only one correct direction. Also I focused on minimizing the frustration you feel when you missed an important jump. A lot of maps will let you fall off and you have to do everything all over again. You won't lose much progress from mistakes until you get towards the end. I wanted this map to let you easily flow from one spot from the next most of the time. I'd like to hear your guys' feedback.

It might require the main menu mod and the maps that come with it.. I'm not sure if custom objects were used. I'm still new to this.

I love the look of it, but i think something may be broken as it comes up for me that there is bad xml data.

Though I might just be doing something wrong.

Hmm, I wonder if I didn't upload all the files?
Make sure you have that main menu mod, as I might have included objects from custom maps on accident.
If anyone else can speak up that would be helpful, I don't know the ins and outs of this game yet.

My current record for beating the level is 4 minutes and 56 seconds. I'm sure someone can beat that as I made quite a few mistakes.

I have to say that this is the best, most playable map i've downloaded for Overgrowth.
Keep em coming!

Great map! I haven't had a lot of time to play it all the way through yet, but I liked what I saw so far. Also added this into the Menu Mod. :)

Good! The menu mod is one of the things that inspired me to create a custom map. I'm glad there's a community here.

I'll be sure to upload any maps I make in the future as well.

Wow! Awesome map!

For those having the bad xml data errors, make sure you type exactly "4parkour.xml" and have the file in the correct location!

If you still want to try it I believe it is included in the Menu Mod now.
