Sorry, hadn't have much time to test this, but looks like there is something wrong with the exported files.
The object file seems to be ok, but when i try to import the actor file into the game then it crashes and it gives me a error message.

It gets even weirder when i import those files back into the blender.
Looks like the wheights are all wrong.

I only rotated left arm bone.

Now that i think about this post here then maybe the problem with the weights and the crashing Og comes from loose edges that my model has.
