[Weapon] English Halberd as Requested!

In the weapon ideas thread there was a request for a Halberd, here is my attempt at supplying that demand

It's a 'English' variant which is why it has the hammer on the back rather than a spike or hook. In testing it proved a very effective Wolf killer!

I think the metal texture could do with some work to get the specularity and reflectivity balance right, and some custom animations - as soon as I've learnt how to create them!
