Oh come on, Timbles, just slap some icy terrain in there, arm your rabbits with swords, and BAM! Vikings! :D

So, I'm going to livestream me making my map, but it won't be related to the map jam.

I will put these into SUMLauncher first thing in the morning. Just shut off my computer.

Also, I made a few decals which people can use, and they are already in SUMLauncher now.

Good thing Markuss isn't participating. He would be guaranteed to win.
Damn you and your wonderful modelling, Markuss.

Making a giant ship is hard.
Why do you have to make a ship? There are MANY other options...
...options that I don't know.
Giant hairy warriors (= wolves) raiding unsuspecting village? When the player gets there, the wolves are already mostly done with the massacre.

Warriors of the frozen wastes guarding a palace of ice? A mountain fortress? A forest? Pretty simple.

Viking worships Norse gods. Odin, Thor, Loki, Freyja, Heimdall, the lot of them. Make a temple, a place of worship, Valhalla (golden roofs?)...

Vikings like beer. Make a tavern or something.

Vikings rode dragon-ships. Make a huge stone dragon that looks like it's being carved out of the cliff-face, because nothing says "we're fucked" more than a horde of vikings raiding your village in a flying dragon-shaped mountain.

Write something in Norse runes, take a screencap, and use it as a decal. Instant viking mythology.

Watch Saga of Bjorn.

Shields are now in SUMLauncher, so you guys can use them.

I've also added Endoperez headgear, including the awesome Endoface helmet.

I think I'm going to do an entire rune set right now. I'm not sure how much mapping I will get done... but, if you guys want to watch me create some rune decals, I'm streaming right now: http://justin.tv/ariehl

I've never livestreamed before, but then again I've never made an overgrowth map before, so I figured what the hell, may as well go all in:

Well, I don't have as much time as I would have liked, so here's my early submission.
It's not exactly high in detail but for my first real map I'm happy. :)
Download here.

You can still work on it, you have to just finish on the 8th. Correct me if I'm wrong.
