How do I download Sumlauncher

Ok guys , I want to download sumlauncher to install mods the easy way. But I do not know how. I read the sum launcher thread but it is too complicated. Can you guys give me a step-by-step tutorial?

The
opening post already has a step-by-step tutorial (under
Download and Installation). Its two steps, four if you count in authentication. How can that be too complicated for anyone?
What are you having trouble with?
All you need is the download and your SPF key. Should be pretty self-explanatory once you actually try it.
