Receiver: Black Screen, Frozen

Bought this game... was really interested in playing it
However as soon as I start the game and click the screen it freezes
It doesn't do anything... its just a black screen
I'm running windows 7 64 bit, nvidia 480, amd 965, 8 gigs 1600 mhz ram
Any help would be appreciated... would like to play this game I spent money for.
