When I try to play Receiver it is very slow and sluggish, but when I play Overgrowth it runs fine and smooth. Why is that and if I can how do I fix it/ make it run better?

Receiver was initially made in seven days and hasn't had a great deal of tweaking since then, so the game is poorly optimized. Whereas Overgrowth has been in production for a number of years and David optimizes and changes the code on a regular basis based on feedback from the preorderers.

To fix it, I would imagine you could either wait for mods, mod it yourself or somehow annoy David until he spends time working on the game to appease you.
