Glitch with the Glock

So I've noticed that this glitch has been around for a long time. If you have your slide locked open, no magazine in, no round in the chamber, the gun is completely unloaded. Then you put a magazine in the gun and try to close the slide, and a round ejects and flies off to hit the nearest wall. There's no way that's right.
