After dying with one more tape to go after losing all my ammo to rooms with ridiculous numbers of Killdrones, I started wondering if the game starts upping the spawn chances of enemies the longer you play. One of the small apartment rooms had 10 turrets clustered together.

I think it might. I've played with god mode a few times lately to repro problems, and noticed insane numbers of drones starting to spawn in rooms after a while.
