I showed my friends Desperate Gods in the hopes that some would join me for a game. Thankfully they agreed.

However when either myself or a friend creates the game we cannot connect to each other. This is not a problem with other peoples games, simply when we try to connect to each other.

Anyone else had this issue or got a fix for it?

Yep me and a friend have the exact same issue.

It gets stuck here:

I thought it was a port problem but forwarding ports did nothing.

I have that problem too. Would be grateful if someone could reply with a solution

Me and my brother are having the same problem.
From further investigation I am able to connect to any game and have others connect to me, but my brother can neither connect to other games or have people join games he creates. He is however able to see the list of open games and his created games show up in the list. When attempting to connect to other games he never gets to the point where it asks for a password, or asks him to enter his name as in the pictures shown by others above.

We have verified that his firewall is allowing the program.

For all connection issues open port 25000 TCP, solved it for me and i could play games.

I opened TCP 25000 and I am still getting stuck at "joining game"
