Personaly I perfer no language, suggestive themes, etc in lugaru 2. If theres blood and guts then that's no big deal. Lugaru is all about survival, pain, and sorrow, not some stupid mediocore/corny elements such as GTA.

well, i had debug on and i accidentaly pressed the I key, and my daughter up on the rock had her head explode, lthen she fell off the rock. I was shocked for roughly 3 seconds, then ran around blasting evrything I could see
But lets move on to what this topic is about:L2.
what should we be seeing in terms of items and weaponry? health potions? bows maybe?

But...Nazgul11 wrote:I agree. I would prefer no language in Lugaru 2, but the more blood the better! In the beginning of Lugaru 1 It did sorta surprise me with what Turner said, but it wasn't strong language or anything.

But Lugaru 2 was supposed to have more RPG elements (or w/e).
Removing speech also removes ability to get missions/quests or what ever you would call them, aswell as you loose the story, which just makes this a straight forward "kick-some-enemy-arse" game.

(Don't missunderstand. It's not that I don't like straightforward kick-ass games. if the genre of the games are right, it may get pretty cool, you know.)
I think by language, he was referring to profanity. L2 will certainly be an RPG.Nuky wrote:But...Nazgul11 wrote:I agree. I would prefer no language in Lugaru 2, but the more blood the better! I didn't mean no speech at all, that would kill the game. I meant what JeffNuky wrote:But...Nazgul11 wrote:I agree. I would prefer no language in Lugaru 2, but the more blood the better!
