Despite initial goodness, Lightning's Shadow's lack of IP compliance has proven frustrating on two (2) separate occasions. Furthermore, the game just isn't free enough. I trust that these issues will be dealt with immediately.
Thank you,
Mgmt

Naah, I'm just confused 'cause each time I try to connect to a friend's server/a friend tries to connect to my server, the server disappears and does not reappear. And the "Join IP" option refuses to do so.

Ah, are you sure you aren't behind a firewall or anything, and have the same version?

It isn't version incompatibility, and "nobody actually understands how those innate router firewalls work." Hence, no game show.

Ah, I'm not really sure how to deal with strange routers; I would probably have to create a static master server and connect to it to verify the external IP address or something :/ Which is currently out of my budget range.

I think some parts of the netcode in that game are just broken somehow.

What I do is I give the people I want to play with my IP and host a game, when they connect manually it lets them in the game

It just won't allow a connection. The game is cool though.
