No for you would be wearing the handy-dandy, Protecto-matic, Lil' Turner and the Twins-Guard.

And for those of the opposite gender, use the "fruitbowl!" Protects your melons and comes in 3 colours.

How about weapons getting stuck?

IIRC David mentioned wanting weapons to act like physical things and not lightsabers so the attacks wont simply pass through opponents - what if occasionally a stab or heavy cut makes the weapon stick?

If you are struck you lose hold of the weapon and it stays stuck in them until they remove it (doing a little extra damage) or until you remove it (which should do alot more damage).

Or you can attack again to twist it

Just a thought. Might add a bit of random variety and make the weapons even more unique in the way they behave.

Looking forward to more news - I played a bit today, almost forgotten just how sweet Lugaru really is :)

Platforming! Makes the levels not only combat but platforming with and without combat!

I'm assuming that the nature of cities will make platforming viable. Also, I agree with the weapons sticking in enemies thing.

I don't play that often, it's very good, but not the "Perfect Game".

Another idea besides platforming, can you have prince of persia-like speed kills?

Well, IMO, I think that might ruin the game...but having the ability to create replays or watch them might be cool...

We already have speed kills in L1. Spinecrusher, tracheotomy, backstabber. It's just that you have to do them stealthily. Keep it that way.

Thats not a speed kill, in prince of persia when you were a certain disance away from an an enemy without them detecting you, you could press a button and the rpince would automatically run up behin him and stab him in the back, the neck ect. but you would have to press a button at the right time or the guard would stop you, mostly resulting in being thrown across the room. But it isn't exactly lugaru-ish, no matter how cool they were. What about this, if your close enough to an enemy you can run up behind them and stab them in the back or spinecrush them, but only if you can do that before they turn round and it'll count as a stealth kill.

Still not as cool as the prince of persia speed kill. That was like killing mini-game, and it is better looking than a stab. I think it would really help lugaru 2.

No, please don't. I absolutely hated those stealth kills. It simplified the stealth kills far too much and the animations quickly got repetitive.

Don't make it sound bad when you know it could be fun if it was changed alot for lugaru.
