Why is the sky in all screenshots kind of purple instead of blue?,I think it looks kind of too alienish...
just a thought

i think it would look more real like this

wow, i didn't notice that until you showed those two versions next to eachother. Although, I do agree that a partly cloudy sky should be more like your modified version I am not sure if the original has the same cloud structure as yours.

I'm pretty sure that the sky color in the final game will be something you will be able to adjust in some way.

The purple color is there because most of these shots are in the early morning or late evening to get clearer lighting. However, I am going to work on the sky shading a lot more later in development, and soon everything will have shadows, which will help judge time of day
