Yeah, that should be fine, there might be a bit of lag, but that's due to the game not being optimized yet.

Well my machine has an ATI HD 2600, and only 1024mb of RAM, and an intel core 2 duo with 2.4 ghz, and there's no lag at all in the alphas, your computer is a lot better than mine so you should be fine.
