pre-ordered but no alpha code

About two hours ago i pre-ordered overgrowth but i did not get an e-mail telling me the alpha code so i cant play the alpha of this awsome game does anyone know what to do as i have tried using the part which says use your e-mail if you have forgotten your code and i dont think contact support is online right now

that key is for downloading alphas so if you enter into secret preorder forums you will see there a thread called Unofficial Overgrowth a***, weekly build. this week it's Unofficial Overgrowth a150, weekly build.
enter to this thread and in the first post there are download links for Mac and windows in the future there will be linux also.
so click either one you like and then you will be redirected to download page
And there is a box Alpha key enter it in there and press download button.
its so simple in real life.
