Cool!
One bug report, though: if the mouse doesn't end up over one of the menu items at the time the menu pops up on screen, it doesn't stick around. This happens, for example if the window with the popup menu is at the top of the screen and you click on the popup button from one of its top pixels.
The menu itself doesn't look like an actual OS X menu (font size, outline, shadow) - I'm not sure that's a problem, though.

I just had a totally random idea for a map editor thing that might not go here, but I thought I'd throw it out here.
A little magnifying bubble thing that you can drag over the map to see things far in the distance, or minute details in things close to you. It could be interesting, I think. Or not, whatever. xD
