Question?

I have recently become interested in Overgrowth, so naturally I hop over to the wiki page to find out if my computer will run this game or not. I find my specific graphics card and notice that it says "Acer Aspire M3800" in the notes sections.

What does this mean? Other graphics cards notes name problems or how well they run Overgrowth where mine just says "Acer Aspire M3800".
