Ok, serious post. Srlsy.
I asked my dad, and he told me that he would feel better about letting me go if I got some things sorted out.
I should be able to get to and from places via bus service and I can afford enough food.
My dad was being a hard-ass two days too long, and the price has gone up so I'm looking at a morning arrival on the 8th and leaving next day for a $100 more than before But I should still be able to get there.
I hate to have to ask, but is anyone in the area able to house me for a night? [/DependentJerk]

EDIT: I suppose if we planned a meet up in mid-to-late June, I'd be more able to get there. School'd be out, the airfare wouldn't be about to go up another hundred dollars in four hours. That air fare price is just killing me now that it's gone up. A summer meetup would have to be before July for me, though.

Thanks so much for stopping by! It wouldn't have been nearly as fun otherwise. I sure hope I can make it to GDC again - The devs seemed to have really liked it so chances are looking pretty good to have another meetup then.
