Well, to start of with, preorder it. Then go to the secret preorder forum and download the SUM launcher (which you cannot run unless you preorder OG, so don't bother trying).

Okay,i bought the game i signed in ,i tried to go on the preorder forum and i was told i was not authorised to do so.I am confused because i remember being on the forum before,i even used a steam key to get receiver,so why can i not go on?

You need to use the secret preorder forum key to do this, Steam key is not accepted.

The preorder tag is very important to us! Just a rundown of the full thing. Go to the link in your email to get to the preorder tag. Then go to SPF and go to the SumLauncher. enter your key (in email) where necessary and you should get it downloaded.

No. But you don't have the preorder tag under your nickname. Also, don't use the SUMLauncher to update the game right now. The latest version has apparently changed a few things that SUMLauncher cannot handle as of right now. Download the latest version manually from the forumsor let Steam keep the game up to date for you.
