Helo, I've just bought this game and i dont know it very well and i'm also interested in new maps so i'm just asking can I downlad some coll maps from somewhere or do i have to make them

It's good to know that you bought the game but i can't see that you are in the preorderer group. So i would like to ask next do you have access to the secret preorder forum? (SPF)

The mods and maps are in the Secret Preorder Forum, and they are most easily accessible through the fan-made auto-downloader and auto-updater SUMLauncher. SUMLauncher is also available from the Secret Preorder Forum. It seems like you can't access it yet; as Jacktheawesome said, contact the support and they'll help you out.
