Gemulator 2000 error

Post by rkn » Mon May 03, 2004 8:30 pm

Under Gemulator 2000, I get this message:
"Unable to install ROMs. Please run the ROM BIOS setup option to find ROMs in your computer."

Any ideas where/how to get ROMs?

*i think*
Gemulator 2000 is a Windows emulator for Mac...
does it mean ROMs as in an 'artificial-copy' of the Mac OS?

Is there a Mac os emulator that does not require a mod?

Not a clue. Maybe i would if i knew what exactly Soft Mac is. Oh well. I should stop talking and eschew obfuscation.

ROMs are games such as disks cartridges and so on. you find them by searching "ROMs" plus whatever type of ROM you're looking for.example: "Gameboy emulator ROMs" if you are looking for ROMs for an emulator.

A ROM is Read Only Memory, which can be anything from a operating system to music, not nessecarily a game though that is what people usualy mean when referring to a ROM.
ROMs are illegal to distribute, download, and possess(with the exception that you may possess a ROM file provided you own the original disk).

i know how to use a soft mac i have 3 computers (1's a laptop) with OSes 8,9,X

just so you know a mac is more "click" and less "menu"
on a mac the are no menus except for the toolbar on the side of the screen that controls the colors, sound, etc.(os 8,9) and a launcher which is a drag and drop system where you drag icons to it it creates a "shortcut"

i'm using and always will be using a mac (OSX most of the time) because i don't have a windows if you need help using a Mac copy the link below and paste it in your address bar

http://www.info.apple.com/support/manuals.html

actually just click it. Sorry, didn't know it automaticaly made a hyper link
