A Fatal error has Occured

When i try to start up Overgrowth i get an error saying " A fatal error has occured! Please send the most recent .dmp file to [email protected]" im not sure what this bug means or how to fix it (not good at PCs)...any help would be great!
the file is called a175-20120420-210547-5980-4068.dmp

Open up your Email service of choice, send a new mail to "[email protected]" and attach the .dmp file to the Email for them. Hopefully, the problem will be solved in the future.

I've also gotten the error thing. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Yes I also preordered.

Does the error come when you start Overgrowth, or during gameplay? Does it happen every time, or randomly?
