Are you trying to say that you should get the alpha access because you can't get the full game yet? Do you even know what a preorder is?

And don't keep sending out emails to them. They have few enough people working on the game as it is. Send them ONE email and be PATIENT. If you send more than one or two emails, they'll just mark you for spam and block any further contact.

No im saying that the full game is part of the pre order and i will not be able to play that it whens it comes out or i will have to pay another 30 dollars for it...

Have you tried the IRC? John's on quite a lot there so he should be able to help.
Also, the full game isn't coming out for a while. I'm sure you'll definitely get your pre orderer tag before then and once you get the tag you'll get the full game when it's released.

The full game is THE preorder. It's not just part of the preorder. The ONLY thing included legally in the preorder is the full game, and you won't be able to play it until it comes out whenever the devs wish.
And you will NOT have to pay another 30 dollars when the game is released. Your preorder will cover it.

However, you should contact the devs and ask politely for assistance with accessing the SPF and alphas. However, remember, you shold ask POLITELY. They don't have to help you at all. They just will because they're nice people.

(Oh and you probably don't understand any of my legal lingo, so I'll say it like this. "Stop complaining and ask NICELY if you want help. Nobody HAS to help you."

If you have pre-ordered the game, you can send an email to [email protected] and include your transaction ID and they will be able to help you associate your spf key with your account, which will allow you access to the SPF where the downloads are.

You should receive two emails when you order, a receipt from your payment provider (paypal, etc) and one from wolfire.

Be sure to check your junk mail folder. Also, the transaction ID is in the email from your payment provider, so you will be able to send it to wolfire and they can find your pre-order. Be sure to email them at [email protected]

I emailed them a day ago and got a response and replyed to that email but havent got another email yet
EDIT: Is there a way to just refund my money cause i payed to play the game not to waist 30 dollars and wait 2days for any contact with the devs.

You can get a refund but you have to contact the devs first, so you may as well go through the trouble of getting the game working anyway.

I know what pre ordering is... but like i said i payed to play it. If you didnt get to play it i would of just bought it when it would be released.

Then why don't you just wait, I mean, it's not exactly their fault that it's not working anyway. Just hold on, it'll be sorted out eventually, and then you'll get to play the game.

It kinda is there fault cause they shouldnt release the game to public and charge for it if they cant support it.

If you give it more than one day, you might just get a reply. Remember that they are situated in the states, so it might not be the same time-zone you're in. I've never seen anyone else complaining about the wolfire support, none.

Fine, if you don't want extra stuff while you wait for your preorder to be completed, I'm sure the devs will remember that next time they think about doing something nice for us...
