Dev Team - Your thoughts on Daniel Floyd's videos?

I've found them all insightful. First, I'd like to know whether or not you've seen them (if not, here's a good one to watch http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jlOXAtPvMDk&feature=plcp). Second, I'd like to know your opinions on his philosophies of gaming.

I liked that one and his videos in general are cool.
Seems like a very sound examination of choices and problems. I'll have to keep what he said in mind.
