Yes. You can indeed have a refund. I think you should be able to run it, anyways. Do you know the speed of your processor? (Should be around 2-3 GHz for reference), and also, if you could post the full name of your graphics card that would help.

No you can't, you want at least to have a vid card with 1 gig ram and a i7 processor.

That's pretty extreme, the game will definitely run on lower-end systems than that.
