So I downloaded the Low Light Combat files from Humblebundle, but when I try to open the executable, it does nothing. I looked into using apt-get, but that doesn't seem to apply because it isn't really a package. Am I missing something?

Make sure it's executable; go to properties, permissions, there should be a checkbox labeled "executable".
